Cover and back!

I had the privilege to be the artist for this year's Seneca's yearbook main pieces.
Me, Devin and Graves got together and decided on the theme and layout for the whole thing.
I got to do the Cover and back-cover and Devin did the front pages for each year. The end result looks pretty good. You should get one if you didn't yet!

Here also are my own pages in the book. Aqui também estão as minhas próprias página no livro.

Diving for Textures - High dive render

So for one of the lighting assigments, we had to re-render the high-dive animation with BG, lights, textures and all of the sorts. This is what I got!

Então, para um dos trabalhos de rendering/lighting, tivemos que renderizar uma animação anterior com texturas, cenário e iluminação. Eis o que fiz.

The never-ending story

How long has it been since I last posted any life-drawing?
Three months? Six? a year? Story of my life...

Sneak up!

Gotta correct myself and post more frequently, right? So here is the last animation I did for my animation class...

The clothing on this guy is a nightmare. I realize there is some clipping occurring but the main thing was creating a fluid motion.
I works.

HBros - the lost levels

So it's been forever since I posted.
Life has been good to me and I can't complain.
This is my last year in Seneca, the animation program approaching it's end. But still, there is lots to come.
Since it's been a while since I've put anything here, lets star with some assignments I've done.
Learning about light and rendering is a lot of fun. So far I've been learning a lot.
In this pic there is usage of caustics, ambient occlusion, bump maps and a lunch of lights. Quite enjoyable if not bucolic. Why does it stand on the side of a golf course? That I don't know.
