lofts of fun but also lots of sleepless nights....

A última animação deste semestre para o 2° ano da Seneca
20 segundos de personagens interagindo de alguma forma.
Muito divertida de fazer mas muitas noites sem dormir prar concluí-la.

The last two of the year

End of the year and I got the last two Digital Tools assignments to post.
Fim do ano e tenho para mostrar os dois últimos trabalhos na matéria de ferramentas digitais.

The robot invasion. A invasão dos robôs.

The very last, we were pretty much allowed to do anything we wanted. I decided on a "Creature box" thematic and somewhat similar style.
Lots of fun on the designing process of both the little alien and the robot with a flame thrower.
You can check the step by step here, and you will notice that I changed the composition along the way.
All in all, I'm satisfied with the result. It is a complete different style then what I had previously done but I still liked the pay off. Next time, maybe explore more the textures in it.
No último trabalho nós tivemos liberdade para fazer praticamente qualquer coisa que quiséssemos. Decidi, então, numa temática e estilo similar aos artistas do "Creature Box". 
Muita diversão durante o processo de design tanto do pequeno alienígena quanto do robô com lança-chamas.
Você pode checar o passo a passo aqui e perceberá que eu mudei a composição ao longo do caminho.
Considerando tudo, fiquei satisfeito com o resultado. É um estilo completamente diferente do que eu havia feito previamente mas mesmo assim o resultado foi bom. No próximo, quem sabe, trabalharei melhor as texturas.

One seat Car

Here it is! My homage to those old Italian cars. This one, with only 1 seat, though.
When I created it I had in my mind a FIAT 500 old model, but I diverged a lot from it.
As you can see on the Step-by-step here, I went back to painting only in black and white first, leaving colours to be the last thing done.
I'm very happy with the results and can't wait to try even more complex and crazy machinery.
I wish I had one of these in São Paulo.

E aqui estamos, minha homenagem a todos aqueles carros italinanos antigos. Este, com apenas um assento, para o motorista.
Quando eu o criei, tinha sempre em minha mente um FIAT 500 modelo velho, ainda que não seja nem de perto parecido.
Como você pode perceber aqui no passo à passo, eu voltei a pintar apenas com valores de branco e preto, deixando as cores para serem trabalhadas no último estágio.
Fiquei bem contente com o resultado e mal posso esperar para tentar veículos ainda mais complexos e interessantes.
Bem que eu gostaria de ter um desses nas ruas caóticas de São Paulo.
